ATTENTION Students ONLY!

Reminder of updated login method for Campus Student. This does not apply to Campus Parent.

Effective Wednesday, April 17, students will access Campus via Single Sign On. Please use the Campus Login - Azure SSO button and enter your District Network credentials. This is the login used to access your student email and Chromebook. New login method also applies to students using the Campus Student mobile app.

You will no longer use the Campus Username and Password boxes.

You will receive the following message if you attempt to log on with your prior Campus Username and Password: "This user account requires the use of the login button above the Campus username and password text boxes."

Campus Parent App Users:

Apps can sometimes stop working and simply need some attention.

Many issues can be resolved by doing one or more of the following items:

Verify your device meets the operating system requirements.

The following devices/OS versions are supported:

Device	Minimum OS
Apple iOS Devices (iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad)	iOS 12.4+
Android Devices (Phones and Tablets)	Android 5.0+

Verify that you are using an updated version of the app. See below for the latest version. If you are not using these latest versions, please update your app by going to the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The Android apps can be downloaded from Google Play.

Log off the app and log back in.
Uninstall/reinstall the app.

Parents need to include their name, phone number in case I need to contact them, student name, student grade and school to ensure I am resetting the proper account. I will reply with a temporary password and instructions on how to regain access. Students need to include their name, grade level, and school.

If you have Campus Parent app issues you can alternatively use our district website for Campus Parent. Go to the Ballard County School's homepage at www.ballard.kyschools.us scroll below the website video and click on "Family Infinite Campus Portal” and choose Campus Parent. You may also click or copy and paste this link: https://ballardky.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/ballard.jsp and log on with your username and password.

To enter your 32-digit activation key code that you received from the district, please click on the New User? link to proceed in setting up your Campus Portal Account.

If you do not have an activation key, please email valerie.helm@ballard.kyschools.us to receive further information regarding your access to Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

**District employees: if you already have an IC login, you will simply use the same user name and password that you currently use to access Campus.
